Refund policy

When purchasing from Chavis Performance & Engineering, we want you to feel confident that you made the right choice regarding parts for your project.  With that said, ALL "hard parts" (i.e. - motor plates, adapter plate, etc) made by CPE will be warrantied for the life of your vehicle while ALL "soft parts" (i.e. - power steering lines, A/C lines, etc) will be warrantied for 6 MONTHS from the date of purchase (excludes ownership transfers).  Returns due to defects will be entitled to a replacement EXCLUDING, labor, shipping, etc.

New/Non-Opened - Due to the nature of our business, ALL CPE parts are made to order w/ an average lead time of FOUR-EIGHT weeks.  Despite order status, once an order is placed, such can only be cancelled or the ordered items returned (if already shipped) for a partial (50%) refund up to SEVEN days after delivery.  In order to receive such, the parts returned must be undamaged and in resell-able condition.  Shipping charges/merchant fees will be NOT be refunded.

Past 7/Used Parts - CPE parts/products may qualify for a partial refund upon return on a case by case basis if past the SEVEN day return window.  Please contact us if you would like to initiate a return for any reason and at any time.

Third party products (non-branded), linked to on this website, will NOT be covered by CPE in any way.  Please contact the third party vendor for returns.
