If using our 996/997->GM E38 Plug N’ Play Engine Harness the GM E38 PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is a necessity being the engine management system for such! All E38’s sold by us undergo a basic re-conditioning and in turn certification process which includes a 90 day warranty; should you have any issues it’s as simple as sending yours out for replacement!
NOTE: 'Start Up’ tunes are for idling purposes ONLY, professional tuning is REQUIRED. CPE is NOT responsible for engine damage due to misuse of such. IF an issue w/ your PCM should occur and you did not select a 'Start Up' tune, we are NOT responsible for HPT credit reimbursement.
